Visitation Information

Inmate visitation is conducted at the Meigs County Jail on East Second Street in Pomeroy at the times listed below. Visitors must sign in at the dispatch desk prior to the visit. A valid photo ID is required to have an approved visit. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian for the length of the visit. 

 

General Visiting

Wednesday 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Sunday  1:00PM-3:00PM

Attorney/Client Visiting 

6:00AM - 7:00PM Monday thru Sunday

Clergy/Prisoner Visiting

Must be approved by the Sheriff

 

Please Note: the on-duty supervisor has the right to cancel visitation at anytime without any notice.
